Police arrested a 23-year-old Waterloo resident following a warrant investigation out of Pennsylvania.
Zane Walentukonis was taken into custody in Seneca Falls for a felony warrant out of Pennsylvania.
He’s accused of sexual extortion and was reported as a fugitive from justice.
He was processed and extradited to Pennsylvania.
